What Advice Would You Give: To anyone starting out on their fitness journey I would tell them to be consistent, patient, to remember body transformations take time, and to learn as much as they can about about weight training and nutrition. Knowledge is key because you cannot out-train a bad diet, and weight training is most definitely not about lifting a weights up and putting them back down again!
